Mobile: FCC to Review AT&T’s T-Mobile and 700Mhz Acquisition Together

It looks like AT&T is going to run into some resistance at the FCC in its proposed merger with T-Mobile.  Techcrunch reports that the FCC will make AT&T justify the acquisition of both Qualcomm's 700Mhz bandwidth and T-Mobile together.

Keep in mind, that AT&T, T-Mobile, and their legion of freshly pressed lawyers anticipated all of this.  It could be just a bump on the road that AT&T will just to go to through for the rest of us to show the world they they're no more evil than they already are.

As much as I hate to say it, my money's still on everything to go through in six to eight months or so.
